Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Please note that if you select Next Day Air on a Friday, you won't receive your package until Monday. If you have any questions, feel free to hit us up at email@example.com
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
All sales are final on sale items. We will only exchange for a different size if needed or store credit if we don't have a replacement size upon receiving your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on sale or discount purchases.
Regular Price Item Returns
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit ONLY.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s)
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for domestic United States on defective product, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns for ordering the wrong size or colors we do not provide return shipping labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. International orders we do not provide return labels but will refund you store credit only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or you can wait for your store credit.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. If returns are received worn or incomplete they will not be shipped back or credited. Final Sale items are final sale no refunds.
